Vendor Terms and Conditions for Event Participation

  1. Application and Acceptance:

    • Submission of the application does not guarantee acceptance. All applications will be carefully reviewed by the event organizers.

    • Acceptance is subject to space availability, event theme alignment, and adherence to the terms and conditions.

  2. Vendor Requirements:

    • Vendors must provide their own tents, tables, chairs, and display materials.

    • All vendors are responsible for ensuring the stability and safety of their setups in outdoor conditions, considering factors such as wind and weather.

  3. Event Duration:

    • Vendors are expected to commit to the entire duration of the outdoor event unless prior arrangements have been made with the event organizers.

  4. Setup and Breakdown:

    • Vendors must adhere to the designated setup and breakdown times provided by the event organizers.

    • No early breakdowns are allowed unless approved in advance.

  5. Display Guidelines:

    • All displays, signage, and products must be family-friendly and align with the overall theme and values of the event.

    • No offensive or inappropriate materials are permitted.

  6. Insurance and Liability:

    • Vendors are responsible for their own insurance coverage, including liability insurance.
